Cancellation Policy

Late Arrivals- To be respectful to other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to see another stylist or reschedule. We always try to accomodate everyone but sometimes it is not possible. Cancellation Policy- We request a 24 hour notice of appointment cancellations. Anything less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the services scheduled. Providing ample notice gives the stylist and other guests a chance to schedule an appointment during that time slot. We appreciate your understanding of this policy by providing plenty of notice when needing to adjust your schedule. No Show Policy- We reserve the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service to habitual no-shows at your stylists discretion. We understand life is crazy hectic, and we aren’t completely heartless, but our stylist time is valuable. After 1 no show, in order to book again you will be required to save a card on file.
